Michael is the son of two Greek Immigrants, and the oldest of three children. He grew up in a very traditional Greek home and was raised in the Greek Orthodox Church. In 1991, he married his high school sweetheart. In 1996, he gave his heart to Jesus and began to study the Bible. In 1997, he and his wife were baptized into Christ and the Seventh-day Adventist Church. In 1999, his 3 1/2 year old daughter Arianna was diagnosed with brain cancer. After fighting for his daughter's life, six month later, Arie died in the arms of her parents.
Michael has been officially pastoring in the Seventh-day Adventist Church since 2001. His favorite Scriptures are John 3:16-17 and Rev 21:1-7. He states, “I love the Lord and I love His Word. Whether in North America, Kenya, India, or Greece, I love sharing the truths of His Word with people.”
